Miners at ESAN Business Schools - Mining

On Thursday March 13th the Mining team was at the ESAN Business School in Lima Peru. ESAN was established by Stanford University Business School and is celebrating its 50th year in 2014. The mining team met with faculty and ESAN’s EMBA cohort. It was good to share insights on business with the EMBA team from ESAN. The ESAN program is a 12-month full-time program. Unlike BU’s EMBA program, all of ESAN’s EMBAs have put their career on hold for 1 year while they attend class. Both programs have strong concentrations in entrepreneurship and focus on using
teamwork to reinforce applications through capstone projects. The ESAN EMBAs offered valuable insight into business practices in Peru.
